How it works

  1. Snap. Take a before and an after photo on your phone.
  2. Talk. Ten seconds: "Severe matting behind the ears and under the collar, took it to a 7, nervous with the dryer."
  3. Send. Pupdate builds the branded card and texts the owner a link. You keep the timestamped copy.

Questions

Do I have to switch booking software?

No. Pupdate isn't a scheduler. Keep Square, DMs, texts or a paper book. Your rebook link goes on every card.

Will it hold up if an owner disputes a shave-down?

Every card stores the photos, your notes and the time it was sent, so you have a written record made on the day. It's not legal advice. It's the record most groomers wish they'd kept.

What will it cost?

We plan $12/month or $99/year for unlimited cards, with a 14-day free trial when it launches. Right now it's in development, and the waitlist is free.
